“Having returned to Tucson after 12 years, my husband and I were surprised at Tucson’s growth. We both worked downtown and were unable to find a home that offered a quiet and serene setting. Then on a friend’s advice, we checked out Civano. WOW! Everything we wanted and more. We were driving around when we noticed Joan’s open house sign and thought: “why not?” We went in to take a look and she had the house staged wonderfully, knew everything there was to know about the house and the mechanical workings of the house and had HOA information to boot. She even had pictures, showing the construction of the house. She offered us a notebook with information about Civano neighborhood, as well as property information, closing information and more. "I was lucky enough to have met Joan Tober through my interest in buying a home 4 years ago. My situation and limitations were most difficult at the time, and found not only this incredible agent, but this great person with true inner beauty, patience, and determination to make my situation work out for me. A few years ago we moved to Civano in Tucson, Arizona. We became acquainted with Joan Tober and found her to be a very friendly person and easy to talk to. One weekend we went on a walk, and noticed an open house sign. It was house we had liked so went to the door. Joan welcomed us and, even though we told her we weren’t in the market for a house she gave us a nice tour. Later, when we decided to sell our Civano home, we called and asked her to list our house. She came right over and listed it immediately. The next morning the sign was barely up when she called and told us she had someone interested in looking at our house. Later she called and said their realtor was tied up and asked if it was OK with us, she would show the house. She brought them over and gave them a comprehensive tour. Later that afternoon she called and told us the house was sold! During the closing, she was always very professional and knowledgeable about the process. She is a very qualified Realtor, dependable and honest, who did an excellent job of promoting our home. We would not hesitate to ask her for any type of assistance in the future. She is innovative in her approach to sales, always pleasant and upbeat in her dealings with others In our experiences with Joan, we always found her to be very knowledgeable about her job and innovative in her approach to any “snags” encountered in the process.
